Where is the data stored?
Records and models are stored on servers in Switzerland, in line with the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. The site uses no third-party advertising trackers. The privacy policy describes every processing activity and each person's rights, including the right to object.
Which countries does Protocol-Z operate in?
Protocol-Z is headquartered in Milan and designs its products for a global market. The site is available in Italian and English, and new regions and languages are added as the platforms reach new countries.
Is the software open source?
No. The software is proprietary and licensed, and the code is not made available to third parties. Published models use open formats such as GLB and USDZ, which remain the client's property.
